Our friend Nick received a wonderful promotion at work last week- so I wanted to make him a card letting him know we're proud of him and give him some props. I started off with an Autumn Leaves "Talking in Circles" stamp which I embossed in silver. Since Nick loves ALL of our dogs (see left side panel - our Blog Mascots) - I knew I wanted to have a dog on the card - so I grabbed a Penny Black stamp and colored him in with a light brown marker. I added some layers and a huge button that I had on hand and finished it with a border punch.

And I"m in shock to see your pup's names - we were at the doggy park yesterday with our new puppy and one was Lili and one was Layla, too funny!
