This is a Poppy Stamps girl holding her balloons! I've had her for about 6 months and she's finally gotten a little love. I think she's just adorable and I'm glad I was able to use her on Cindy's card. This gal is colored with prisma pencils and gamsol. Her balloons are popped up too. The paper is from American crafts and the sentiment is from Papertrey Ink!
