I used Memory Box City Scape dies. There are two - one is solid and one has the 'windows'. I cut one 'black' window out and replaced it with a piece of yellow paper. I used a Simon Says word bubble die and repeatedly stamped PTI hearts and a sentiment. For the background I used a Hero Arts stamp in silver.
Same exact thing, but I colored in the buildings and used a different PTI sentiment.
