MFT - We're in this together

Two weeks ago my neighbor, Peg, hosted a fundraiser for the Susan G. Comen Foundation.  She's been having a fundraiser for breast cancer for a few years now, but I was finally able to attend it this year!

It was so much fun! Peg is a Jazzercise instructor and she puts on the event with the help of her fellow instructors and some neighbors.  They had 80 gift baskets to be raffled off! AMAZING!  They also did a jazzercise routine (which looked both like a lotta fun and a great calorie burn) and as a surprise....the husband's of the jazzerciser's did a dance too!  LOL!  What a fun night!

So, I wanted to let Peg know how much fun I had at the event, so I made her a card with a little extra donation inside.

I grabbed my MFT set and paper pieced and along with using my prisma pencils. See the tickets on the left of the card? These were the actual raffle tickets from that night! I thought it was fun to use it on the card.

Well, that's about it for this card!!!
Thanks for your visit!

Wonderful card! I love how you used the tickets.

I go to Jazzercise 3 times a week and love it. I never get bored with it. I even continued to go to class until I was 8-1/2 months pregnant and stopped because I couldn't get my shoes on my feet any more!

This is great for so many reasons, I love the fact that you used the actual raffle tickets on the card, great idea. I am sure seeing all the husbands doing a routine was pretty funny too!
