Thanksgiving Blessings

I was scrolling through the entries on the Lily Pad emboss resist challenge and I came across THIS card by Katie's Quarks.  Oh my - I fell instantly in love with it - so I decided to CASE it!

Oh........those Distress Inks make me so happy!!!!!!!  I embossed three types of Printworks leaves I have in my arsenal and then went to town with my Distress Inks.  I can't believe I only made ONE of these cards.  I think I'll have to go back and make more. Just makes me happy :)

I just want to wish my dad a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY today too! (Not that he knows how to use a computer)

Thanks for your visit!

Such a pretty, pretty fall card, Maria! SO love those emboss resist leaves. The color you produced for the background is so gorgeous. Love how you did the sentiment, too. Definitely think you should go back and make a few more of these beauties! :)

Ahhh, this is a perfect fall card!! I'm going to live vicariously through your fall weather as we are still "toasty in Texas" (hee hee, sounds like a movie title, huh?) Love the rich colors you used and of course, that perfectly placed bling! :)

Gorgeous!!! This so pretty with the embossing and the colors. Love how you used the distress inks. You would have loved today's class, Jennifer went over all the different ways to use the distress inks. You can buy the whole class after the fact and still the get the videos and PDF's just can't enter a card, think you would love it with all the distress inks :) Have a great weekend.
