On Saturday night we had a 'pumpkin' dinner at our house. Each guest was asked to bring something 'pumpkin' related. We had pumpkin croissants, pumpkin hummus, roasted pumpkin with herbs, pumpkin raviolis, pumpkin blondies, pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin rolls. Now, I'm felling 'PLUMPKIN!"
I found this nice and easy Pumpkin Spice Sugar Scrub recipe on the Under The Table and Dreaming blog and thought it would be a great 'gift' to our guests. So I made up a double batch and it filled 10 jelly jars. Stephanie Lynn who runs the blog also give a pdf for the labels!!
I used some of the fleece I had for my Hershey snowmen and added a Sizzix pumpkin for the top. I used strips of the fleece to tie the label on.

Cindy and Jill worked on a really great Yorkie pumpkin....but my shots were WAY too blurry - you couldn't even tell what it was.......hopefully she can snap another shot of it when she lights it at home.
Well, hope you have a fun Halloween if you or your kids are trick or treating. We get TWO kids at our house...so it will be a quiet evening for us!
Thanks for your visit!

What a fun party you had and those pumpkin carvings are awesome!! I never heard of a sugar scrub. I'll have to google that!
Cute Mason Jar and what fun pumpkins! Wounds like a good time was had by all.

Oh my gosh, what a fun party! Holy cow, you guys are the pumpkin carving masters. Ours never look this good! As for all the pumpkin - YUM! I never got around to making my pumpkin muffins or anything this year because of my foot surgery. While I'm boo hooing because I didn't make it, I should be happy that I have lost weight this fall. (How the heck did I loose 12 pounds when I stopped working out and hardly move around at all? )
'nuf babbling from me. Your jars look adorable. I bet they were a big hit with your guests.
Oh, wow! What a fabulous party idea! Love that you guys made everything pumpkin and love that you carved together. Thanks for sharing the photos. I think it's so fun to see. :)
