Anyways, I knew I'd have to make him a funny card, so I pulled out my Inkadinkado set and stamped out the birthday lizard. Since Nick is the youngest in our group, I thought this sentiment was perfect!!
I stamped the image on craft paper and colored in with my prisma pencils again. For the background, I grabbed my cuttlebug embossing folder, which worked perfect for the lizard image!!!!! I stamped a Studio G party hat and put it atop the lizard!
So, a pretty simple card, but I'm quite happy with it! Hope Nick was too!!!
Thanks for your visit!

Adorable! THat embossing folder is the perfect touch for that little dude, too. So perfect! I'm sure Nick loved his card! Have a great day! :)
This is so cute! Love that lizard and of course the sentiment - but the embossing folder you used is PERFECT for this! Kind of reminds of scales on a lizards back or something! Very cute.

Awesome card, Maria!! I'm sure Nick will love it!! Great embossed background, it is perfect!! What a cute image, and a great sentiment!!
How cute! I like the embossed paper that matches so well with the image. And wish lizards were as attractive in real life. I cannot stand them but on this card, it looks rather pleasant. Lol.

So fun! I love this cute lizard with his party hat. Great texture!
Love it! Totally makes me snicker. That lizard is a crack up. Love his party hat and witty sentiment, and love the embossing in the background. Perfect combo!
Oh, that embossing folder paired with that image is kind of giving me the heebie-jeebies. But at least the lizard is wearing a party hat, which makes it a little less heebie-jeebie-ish! :)
