It's what I'm calling a "diagonal punch card." Isn't it cute?? So here's how I made it. I used a 5 1/2" x 12" piece of cardstock, scored it at 4" & 8" to make the folds. I then cut at an angle from 5 1/2" down to 4" using my trimmer. Then using my birthday candle punch, I punched along the top of the card the whole 12". I embossed all the punch candle "flames" but I don't think you can really see it in the pictures. Finally, I decorated each panel.
I used Penny Black stamps, Sizzix die cuts for the "40th", Scrappy Cat "Happy" stamp, ribbon, buttons, twine and random candle and present embellies. Images are colored with prisma pencils. What do you think?
