Happy 20th Anniverary!

Our friend's Carol and Pat celebrated their 20th anniversary yesterday. (or their 7,305 days together - counting leap years!!).  When we were in Hilton Head for John and Julie's wedding, Carol mentioned that she loves I shot myself a quick email to remind me to make her a sunflower anniversary card when I got home.  I grabbed my Rubber Stampede stamp and made this card:
I got my inspiration from Theresa Momber's Fanciful Vase card. She amazes me with her work!  I also colored up my sunflowers with distress inks and an aqua painter on watercolor paper. That was a different technique for me and I love it!

The sentiment is from Hero Arts and I used my Nesties and Swiss Dots folder.

Thanks for stopping in today!

Jaw dropping gorgeous! You really out did yourself on this one. I love using watercolor paper, ink and aquapainter, I sort of got away from it, but your card has inspired me to drag them out again.
