So....this past week - I decided that I'd have to tackle it! I had to make a birthday card for my cousin Vincent. He loves birds and has two of them - so I knew my card would have to have a bird on it.
Obviously, I had to keep the card masculine. I stamped up the block stamp with mustard distress ink. Then I grabbed a bunch of different sentiments to make the full sentiment and I added a Hero Arts birdie!
For a finishing touch - I added a metal embellishment. So after all this time, I think I successfully used the stamp. What do you think?
Thanks for your visit!

AWESOME card! I love, love, love the design, especially the way you did the sentiments. Great colors too.
Oooh, I can see this stamp being a lot of fun! Love how you did the sentiment and the metal accent is the perfect touch. That yellow is so happy!
This is great, love the idea of the block and then the images on the bottom. Never would have thought of this.
Great card! Love the clean lines and the cheerful colors. Stamping the sentiments in the squares gives such an awesome look! Great job on this one! :)
What a strange block stamp, hehe...but it has lots of potential to be turned into something cute!
