We had a nice Easter...started the morning at the Humane Society walking the dogs, stopped by my moms for brunch, took our dogs for a walk at the park, where we took the picture below, napped and then went to dinner with my parents.
On Saturday, Cindy and I had our craft 'thing' - wasn't really a craft 'show'.......but we sold $200.00 of our craft items at a local fitness center, where they allow vendors to come in. Since it was the day before Easter, we made some Easter gifts - for those last minute unprepared people! Remember the Hershey Bar covers Cindy made? We brought those.......and we brought these:
They are the glass jars you get in the wedding section at Michaels. I filled them with Dark Chocolate pastel M&M's (and I swear - I only ate about 5 of them!). I stamped out four Studio G stamps and colored in with markers. (I think I made 35 of them). I added a small cotton ball to the bunny's tail. Tied them off with raffia and they were ready to sell!
Thankfully most of our Easter stuff sold and we were told we helped out a lot of people by having Easter things there! So we were happy!!!
Have a great day!
Thanks for your visit!

Cute little jars! I love the little bunny with the "fluffy" tail. :D
What a cute pic of the puppies, they are so well behaved and posing for the pictures, sweet. Congrats on your sales, I knew you would do well, your projects are so sweet and pretty. Love these little jars, not sure 5 of the m&m's would do it for me. :)
You are so CLEVER... congrats on the sales...
And I love those bottles with those sweet images and raffia. Such nice packing.
Three cheers to you and friend,
Monica
Oh such sweetness! The fur babies are just as sweet as can be, and such good to sit for a photo op! Too cute! Lovely Easter jars - very creative and it's nice to see that you were there for many people who might have needed gifties for the long lists we sometimes have - congrats on your sales :)
Hey Maria, sounds like (and looks like) it was a good Easter for you. The pups are adorable!! Look like they're actually "posing"!
Love the little jars...isn't it amazing how something so simple can be so stinking cute!
