No Bellarific Friday :(

**Edited!: Now I'm getting frustrated! I have my blogs set up as 'published' and for some reason blogger is putting them back as 'draft' so they are not posting!!!  UGH!

For the third week in a row, I am behind the eight ball with my time and I just couldn't get my Bellarific card done for this week's "mom theme" challenge.  So, I just had to let it go.........hopefully next week will be better.

BUT.......I do have something to show you................my rockin' OLD SCHOOL 'new' sewing machine!!!

Look at that baby!!!!!!!  Now I had to laugh......when I met my mom at the sewing machine place that refurbished it...........there were all these nice new shiny ones on the lesson table.........and then 'old Betsy'......I was thinking "what? seriously?"...........but I have to say.........it's a great starter machine!  My mom paid $2.00.........yes....TWO DOLLARS for it at a tag sale in FL!!! LOL..........but she did pay $90.00 to get it refurbished for me....so, like I said...it's a 'new' old machine!

I brought it home and found a temporary spot for it and we went through the bobbin and needle threading again and tried a few easy stitches.  Sadly, I have NO TIME the next few weeks to play with it, so she'll sit there and get comfy on my table until late May.

So THANKS Mom!!!!

Have a great Friday!!!!!!!

Thanks for your visit!

Looks like a winner to me! And hey, as long as it works, who cares what it looks like - right!
Blogger is doing weird things to me too! UGH! I can't see any of my followers!
Oh BTW - no storms down this far in Texas. They were mainly in East Texas. So much destruction and so sad.
Have fun with "Betsy" and can't wait to see all the creations!

$2?? No way! What an awesome score! and I tell you what.......often times the old models work much better than the new stuff.
