OLW 64 - Color It

Should I start off the week with a card I really don't like? Well - I pondered that - but then I thought "YES" because I could only go UP from here, right?

This is a card I made for the One-Layer Wednesday Challenge #64 - which was to "Color" in an image. You'd think with all my coloring, I'd of come up with something better than this - but I was trying to stick with a Fall/Thanksgiving theme and this is the stamp I used........

Ugh - I really don't like it. The stamp didn't stamp well, the coloring is not so hot - the only thing I like about it is the distress inks around the outside! LOL

Oh well - you can't always hit a homerun, right?

Thanks for your visit!

I think your card is pretty, love the image at the bottom with the colors and now very much into the distressed inks and love how you have that around the card. I know the feeling though, but your card is fine. :)

Awww, you're too hard on yourself, Maria! This is adorable. Love the fall motif. And you're so right, the distress inks around the edges is fabulous! :)

You are being too hard on yourself. This is pretty, one layer, autumn themed card. I love your use of distress inks too.
