Feelin' fall-ish?
This background started out as a tag. I stamped my IO stamp with brown Stazon and then did the Distress Inks 'smoosh' technique. After making yesterday's tag card - I really didn't want to do another one. So I ended up cutting the tag up and laying pieces out on the card.
I definitely needed a burst of color, so I used this teal blue and embossed a Kristina Werner sentiment with white powder. I rolled up the corners and added some punched hearts. Not sure if you can see, but the blue heart is punched from glitter paper!
OK - I promise - tomorrow's card is the last fall-themed card (for this week at least!)
Thanks for your visit!

Love that smooshed background and I actually thought the tag portion was denim! Love how you rolled the corners, you always add that little extra touch.
Ooh, what a great combo! I love the pop of teal from the sentiment mixed with all the autumn colors. The woodgrain embossing is fabulous, and I really like your creative use of the tag. :)
I love it!!!! Hard to beat the torn look!
Hey Maria, love your fall cards, don't stop... Lovely layout and super sentiment. And yes, the glittery heart glitters.

Don't quit making fall cards - I love 'em! So pretty with that pop of blue on it. Wish I could get white embossing powder to look this way!
Great card!

Your burst of color addition to this card is such a cool design element, it really makes those panels behind it stand out!
Oooh, I love the pop of teal with the autumn colors. Fab card!
