Here's the card I made for my mom for her birthday. She LOVED the card I entered in the Hero Arts challenge for September. (You can see it HERE), so I wanted to use the same stamp, just in different colors.
I also wanted to change up the layout because the image is so large that it monopolizes the card. I started off by embossing Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and clear powder on watercolor paper. Then using my Distress Markers, I colored in the flowers. I ended up giving them a touch of yellow tips on the leaves this time too.
Then.........to change up the card from the last time........I did THIS!
Surprise!!!!!!! I used part of an old PTI packaging box to create the bottom front of the card. I stamped the sentiment with StazOn ink. Then adhered the bottom half of the image to the inside of the card.
It really ended up being a nice surprise and a fun way to use the stamp in a little different way!
Have a great day!!!!!!
Thanks for your visit!

This background is prettier than the prettiest dp out there. The acetate looks so well matched. Super colours too.
