Well, what's in store for you is a doggy Christmas card I colored up on Sunday! This is for Friday's Stamping Bella sketch challenge.
I started coloring this image up and then my friend came over who has a black labradoodle. She asked if I could make a card for her vet - so I showed her what I was working on and she thought it was perfect!!
This was fun to color up. I used a lot of pencil 'whisps' to get the hair dimension. I even used a black pen to make them even more bold. There are random gems on the snowflakes too!
Here's the sketch if you want to play along:
To stay on the doggy theme - here's are two quick pictures of the Puppy Chow I made last week. I got the recipe from Iowa Girl Eats and then had to laugh when the recipe is right on the Chex box too!
Believe me - I know these bags are NOT decorated like a crafty person SHOULD decorate them....but after making THREE different recipes (peanut butter, Nutella and soy nut butter) of them......I'd had enough :) I did use my Lawn Fawn alphabet for the lettering :)
Well - hope you have a nice Wednesday!!
Thanks for your visit!

these are awesome!!!!
Love your card Maria, good luck with the challenge (that paper is lovely, don't think I have seen it before) and cute puppy chow, designer tags or not!
Maria, I love the red and black together on this adorable card!!! Great coloring too.
On to the Puppy Chow......um, you have a lot more patience than me I'm thinking! My idea would be to get some Milk Bones and wrap them up!! LOL! Cute little treats for the pups and probably very healthy too!

The decorations on the pet food is very CAS and that is classy. Sweet card too.
It is a magical workshop at your home Maria. All these yuletide greetings and tasty treats are fabulous. You are a very creative elf!
Aww, what a sweet card, and thee perfect gift to go with it. If I made Puppy Chow I would keep it all for myself.
What a cute card! I love the image you used. Cute design, especially the ribbon, too.
The puppy chow looks yummy. Wow - 3 kinds! you are far more ambitious than I am.
