ACS Thank You's!

Our good friend Carol is in charge of a few different events for the American Cancer Society here in CT. One of these events is a huge fundraising gala honoring a few local doctors that have made achievements in treatment of cancer. Carol has a bunch of committee members who help her put this event together and she asked Cindy and I to make ten Thank You cards for her committee members. Here is what we came up with.
Using the Cuttlebug Thank You folder we embossed white cardstock. Layered it on colored cardstock and adhered it to the card base. We dotted the "i"'s with same colored gem stones and added a Cuttlebug ribbon die cut in the matching color looped through white ribbon.

For this card, we went of off this week's SCS card sketch. We used yellow panels and then covered those with white cardstock embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots. We used a scallop punch in yellow and then stamped MFT's ribbon and sentiment on white cardstock and punched out. We also coordinated matching ribbon tied in a bow.

We don't have every cancer 'ribbon' color represented with our cards, but here are the ones we do:
Pink - Breast Cancer
Sky Blue - Prostate Cancer
Teal - Ovarian Cancer
Purple - Thyroid, Prostate and Testicular Cancer
Orange - Leukemia
Green - Kidney Cancer

Great cards. Thought you would like to know that the Kidney Cancer Assn has changed the color for kidney cancer survivors from green to orange.

These are really pretty. I like the colors that you chose. The 3 part design is very slick.
