I whipped up this quick card from my 80 year old Uncle who recently took a tumble down a flight of stairs! Although he is doing well considering the circumstances, I thought I would send him a card to let him know I'm thinking of him.
I used my most favorite Denami Design stamps to create the little bird and saying. I colored the design in with prisma colored pencils and gelly roll pens. To give the card some interest. I used my Sizzix embossing tools to create the raised dots on the background paper.
This card was quick and fun! Thanks for looking!

Precious card! I like all the embossing - so cute. Hope your uncle gets better soon.
Maria, we just had to comment on your blog and tell you how much we LOVE all the chicks, parrots, owls and assorted birds you and Cindi are using on your cards. Thanks for being so kind to your fine, feathered friends.

Fabulous card! I love the colors, and that embossing is such a nice touch. It kind of looks like the embossed dots are the rain drops! And of course, that image is so adorable! Very sweet card :D
A fall is scary at any age but at 80 can really be hard to overcome!
I know your delightful card with cheer and encourage your uncle!
Adorable! I love all the embossed dots and the little duck is sweet. Hope your uncle is doing better.
