This is Tilda with tulips that I colored in with prisma pencils and gamsol on Stamping Bella's Bestest Paper.
I cut her out and placed her on a stitched tag that came with a paper pack I bought a while ago. On the Totally Tilda Challenge Blog - the challenge is to use stitching on your card. Well, since I don't have a sewing machine and thought faux stitching wouldn't stand out on this card, I took the easy route and used the tag that had the stitching on it!

She looks lovely! I love your coloring. I don't think the card is bland. All the words on the BG spruce it up. Very cute.
