I've missed participating in challenges for the past few weeks. I haven't played in the Stamping Bella's Bellarific Friday, Clean and Simple, Mojo Mondays - nothin! Except finally for today - one little challenge and I really didn't even follow the rules (rule breaker that I am!)
Well, on the Simplicity blog - the One Layer Wednesday challenge was to make a black and white card with a spot of color. I have the most perfect stamp for this challenge- by Northwoods Stamp Company. It screams black and white! So, here's my card:
Now the rule breaking comes in because it isn't one layer - it's actually three layers, but I'm sure that's OK - I don't think there are any cardmaking challenge police around!!!
Thanks for stopping by!

Very pretty...and breaking rules can be fun sometimes!! LOL!!
Black, white and red is always a classy color combo. Don't worry, I won't report you to the challenge police. LOL!
This is beautiful - you inspired me to get out my PTI set with the trees and the little bird!
I don't see any police around either - and I think it's fabulous!!! So pretty.
