Hello!!! A quick post for today! I stamped these trees out last week in hopes to use them on a whole different card, but when it didn't work out....they got pushed to the side of my work table. But then...as I was doing major clean up in my room on Monday (after our blizzard) - I finally came out with a layout I liked for these trees!
The trees are from a Studio G clear set I received as a RAK last year. I layered them on a scallop punch and put them over the cardstock I 'impressed' with PTI's impression wood plate. I finished up the card with a Hero Arts sentiment!!
OK!! That's all - nice and quick!
Have a great day!!

So simple and cute! :) Did you use a cuttlebug for making the wood impression?
Very cute. Love the trees. I like trees, whether they're dead or alive (weird, I know)! Like the layout you used too.
Can't believe how much snow you guys have had! That's amazing! You'll have to post some pics.

Cute! I love the wood grain embossing
Tnx for stopping by my little summer card! :)
So...this impression plate you used...did you use it with a cuttlebug machine, or did you do the embossing manually with a handheld embossing goodie and a textured plate?
(I don't have embossing goodies yet, so not exactly sure how it all works, i only have a small little hand held goodie that you manually emboss things with using little texture plates that you buy separately i suppose - i don't have texture plates yet either!)
:)
(tnx for explaining your embossing!) :)
