I grabbed my Penny Black "Sparklers" stamp and inked it up with some Distress Inks. Before stamping, I spritzed it with water and came out with this result:
Then - as Jennifer McGuire calls it - I did 'second generation' stamp by spritzing again with water without re-inking the stamp and came out with this:
I embossed a Papertrey Ink sentiment on vellum and wrapped it around the image.
I did a few color combinations. Here is my pink/green combo with PTI sentiment:

Hope you have a great day!!!

Gorgeous cards Maria! I especially love how you have done the 'second generation' stamping, I've not tried that yet. It looks amazing!
Ooh, I just love your take on that sketch, Maria! The white space looks amazing, and I love the stamping. That dandelion stamp is so cute. Love the vellum embossed sentiments, too. :)
They're great! Really like the look of these after the spritzing with water.

Love the technique. Great colors. Very Pretty!
I love how perfectly the water technique works with this stamp! I think I even like the second generation one more than the first. Love it in pink, too!
Beautiful collection of cards! I bet these would sell like hot cakes as a set at the craft fairs.
