CAS(E)#18 - Happy Birthday

I'm back with another birthday card today. This time for the CAS(E) This Sketch! #18 Challenge:

I was going for a more masculine card - and I think it works - even with the little bit of bling!  It's a birthday right - so ya gotta jazz it up a little!

I stamped a bunch of Lawn Fawn banners on My Mind's Eye paper, then cut them out and lined them on the rectangular panel.  Added a PTI sentiment and the bling!  Can you see the PTI woodgrain impression on the card base?  It's so hard for me to capture these in my photos!

Here's the sketch but you've only got til noon to join:

Thanks for your visit!

Again, you are the Queen of CAS! Love that little border, might need to check into some of those Lawn Fawn stamps. Hope it is warming up a bit your way!

Hi Maria,
Yes, I can see the woodgrain embossing on the card stock... I know what you mean by cameras not getting such details sometimes.
I like the way you used bling with such pizzaz and the banner looks awesome.

Oh YES!! Very nice! Love that colored bling on here too - males need bling as far as I'm concerned!
Love your card.

I always love a banner, and this neutral color combo is right up my alley. Love the kraft base and love the unexpected elegance of the gems mixed in. This is adorable!
