Here's a card I made last week - before the flu - but am finally posting! It also fits the Simon Says Stamp Challenge - "Anything Goes" Penny Black challenge.
So......who can identify this flower? Is it a Morning Glory? I've never used it before because I really didn't know what flower it is! But - I decided to ink it up last week. I embossed it in white and used my Distress Markers. Then I flicked some color at the end. I used a PTI sentiment and then wanted something fun for the bottom of the card.
So - I looked through my felt and had some coordinating colors and decided to try some rolled flowers. I hand cut leaves and added some pearls to the center.
Thanks to those who gave me well wishes!!! Hope you're all doing well :)
Thanks for your visit!

this is gorgeous, glad you are feeling better!
I think your card is lovely and also your stamp could pass for a morning glory and even a poppy, except poppy leaves are forked like a dandelion leaf and at the very bottom of a long stem. Are the leaves pictured part of the stamp? I'd love to see you do it up as an orange poppy! Just a thought!
Oh my gosh! This is absolutely stunning! I love the colors and the felt flower are gorgeous.
So glad you're feeling somewhat better now! Flu is a nasty thing for sure!!! I know!!
Love your pretty Morning Glory and the way you colored it. The rolled flowers are just darling!!

The softness of the watercoloring and dimensional felt are a warm and cozy combination.
OMG - this is breathtaking. Love the image and the felt flowers are divine.
It kinda looks like a dandelion but yet not so it can be a "lovella" hows that? Whatever it is I love it and I love the colors and the flicked background. And look at you show off, not a single bit of hot glue anywhere dammit!
